Square End Mills

Square (flat end) solid carbide end mill series are grouped under this heading. Cutting diameter runs from Ø1 to Ø20 mm, shank diameter from Ø3 to Ø20 mm, flute length from 3 to 38 mm and overall length from 50 to 100 mm. The square end leaves a sharp corner, so it is preferred for slotting, pocketing and vertical walls; the NDN and SDN series have four flutes. Each size row carries its own order code.
