Transfer of data
Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary for performance of the order: to carriers, to the financial adviser for accounting and invoicing processes, and to the competent public authorities where legally required.
Retention period
Order and invoice records are retained for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation (a minimum of 10 years). Quotation and contact form records are retained for 2 years from the conclusion of the request.
Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, the data subject has the right to request information about their personal data, to request its correction, to request its erasure and to object to its processing. Requests are submitted through the channels on the contact page.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies so that the session and basket functions can operate. The basket cookie is retained for 30 days and is used solely to identify the basket.
